Free Trial Extension

In an effort to incentivize users to extend their free trials and to spread the word about this new product, I created these pathways. Each call to action is rewarded with an extension to the trial.

My Role & Activities

UX Lead | Sketching, wireframing, high-fidelity comps.

Problem

Users needed a way to extend their free trials and the business needed a way to get more customer eyes on this new product.

Solutions
  1. Users are reminded of the days remaining in their free trial and are prompted to take an action that provides them with more time to explore and talk to their administrators about the possibility of purchasing our new product.
